#23. Portland
At the confluence of the Willamette and Columbia rivers is Portland, Ore., nicknamed “Rose City” and considered one of the greenest communities in the world. It’s a great place to live by nearly any measure, but especially for beer lovers. Portland has more than 60 breweries – more than any city on Earth – earning it another nickname: Beervana. Some popular spots include McMenamins and Hair of the Dog, which features a popular Adam and Fred selection.
