New Mexico

Take one step into New Mexico, and you’ll feel the energetic, friendly vibe that circulates throughout the state. There is always something to do here, from attending one of the state’s standout festivals, like the Albuquerque International Balloon Festival or  International Folk Art Market, to breaking a sweat while hiking one of its 35 state parks or three national parks or visiting one of its numerous cultural treasures. As for the food, it’s been simmering for more than 400 years, bringing together a blend of Spanish, Native American and Mexican influences. If this doesn’t already sound like an amazing place to call home, the state houses world-renowned research institutions like Sandia National Laboratories and Los Alamos National Laboratory.
