Homes in Anacortes, Wash., are highly sought after thanks to the city’s location on the Puget Sound, a vibrant arts program and picturesque parks offering spectacular ocean views. Ferry boats connect Anacortes with Victoria, BC and other nearby cities. Many cyclists start or end their long-distance rides in Anacortes, which is a terminus on the Adventure Cycling Association’s cross-country bicycle route that stretches to Maine.
